Continuous bioprocessing is the most efficient manner in which your future biological can be manufactured. However, higher costs and time demanding experiments make continuous processing a difficult target to set. We have +10 years experience in continuous bioprocessing and have developed a fast and very low-cost simplified continuous production method that can answer the most critical questions before moving into a fully pilot scale continuous process.
Our method
Our method was developed at one of the top research institution in Germany and has been tested at different projects involving different microorganisms. With our methodology you don't need to run expensive and time demanding continuous cultures before answering the two most important technical questions: 1) is your product biologically stable for continuous production? and 2) is the productivity of your future continuous process better than batch?
